Akshay Kumar’s Desi Boyz Nets Rs. 3.85 Cr On Monday

Akshay Kumar starrer Desi Boyz made Rs. 3.85 crore (all-India net) on Monday, November 29. The film had opened to a mixed response on Friday (November 25), and collected a good Rs. 28 crore over its first weekend at the box-office.
Desi Boyz had collected Rs. 9 crore on Friday, Rs. 9 crore on Saturday and Rs. 10 crore on Sunday. Add to that the Monday collections and the 4-day total of the Rohit Dhawan film is Rs. 31.85 crore (approx. all-India net).
Besides Akshay Kumar, Desi Boyz stars John Abraham, Deepika Padukone and Chitrangada Singh.

If i am not wrong then DABANGG came in 2010 ATBB apart from WANTED in 2009 and films like CCCC and tere naam were moderate suscecs average to semi hit. Also 85-90% of the films salman khan did in last decade were not solo so its obviou he will have very less solo suscecs..even AAMIR had only LAGAAN and GHAJINI as SOLO suscecs in last decade..i dont think its a big deal when other films you are doing are films like rang de basanti 3I, and dil chahta hai.Talking of 1999 SALMAN KHAN had supersuscecsfull films like HUM DIL DE CHUKE SANAM. HUM SATH SATH HAI and BIWI NO.1..considering these films who gives damn to solo suscecs .and AGAIN yes that time also most of the films he did were not solo so its obvious he will have less solo suscecs comparitively.And now that he has started doing consecutive solo films one could see the result yes they are not HITS .. they all are BLOCKBUSTERS
