Aiyyaa Best at the Box Office Among Bhoot Returns, Makkhi & In The Name Of Tai
It won’t be wrong to state that all the Bollywood Releases today opened to disappointing box office collections. This, I guess, is what happens when a multitude of small budget movies release together.

Talking about the releases it seems Rani Mukerji’s Aiyyaa comeback attempt had the best opening when compared to other releases today. The best however was 25% and is undoubtedly pretty disappointing for the makers. 2nd in line is what looks like another of Ram Gopal Varma’s failed attempts. Bhoot Returns opened to a small 10% average occupancy rate across the country. It’s release in 3D seems to have had no effect on the box office collections. Makkhi met with a similar fate witnessing about 10% occupancy rate.
The other releases Chittagong, Login and In The Name of Tai failed to make any impact what so ever at the box office. It won’t be wrong to call these complete washouts.
