Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola, Dedh Ishqiya & Daayan: Vishal Bhardwaj’s Films In 2012

Vishal Bharadwaj’s will be a busy man this year; after all, three of his productions – Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola, Dedh Ishqiya & Daayan – are slated to hit theatres this year.

Imran Khan and Anushka Sharma will be seen together in Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola.

Matru Ki Bijli Ka Mandola, starring Imran Khan, Anushka Sharma and Pankaj Kapoor will wrap up in 10 days. Co-produced by Vishal Bhardwaj Productions and Fox Star Studio, the film is slated to release by the end of 2012.

Naseeruddin Shah, Arshad Warsi, Madhuri Dixit & Kangna Ranaut will be seen together in Ishqiya.

Dedh Ishqiya, the sequel to Vishal’s 2010 film Ishqiya, is a co–production with Shemaroo. DI, like Ishqiya, will repeat the team of director Abhishek Chaubey and actors Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi, but will also have hotties Madhuri Dixit and Kangna Ranaut joining them.

Emraan Hashmi, Konkona Sensharma & Kalki Koechlin will star in the supernatural mystery thriller Daayan.

Daayan, a supernatural mystery thriller, is VBP’s co production with Balaji Motion Pictures and will be directed by the debutant Kannan Iyer. Daayan stars Emraan Hashmi, Konkona Sensharma, Kalki Koechlin and Huma Qureshi.
