The film Super 30 is in news these days. Recently, the first look of Hrithik Roshan from the film was making rounds on social media and now actress Mrunal Thakur is making headlines.
The film is helmed by Queen fame director Vikas Behl, is a biopic on Bihar’s innovative educational coaching institute Super 30, and its founder Anand Kumar. For the last 14 years, Kumar has been grooming talented students from underprivileged families for the highly competitive Indian Institute of Technology-Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE).
As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, TV actress Mrunal Thakur better known as Bulbul from the television show Kumkum Bhagya has joined Hrithik in the film.
According to a source of Mumbai Mirror, “The shoot started after 2 pm on Tuesday with a pooja sequence on the banks of Ganga. After that, Hrithik and Mrunal filmed at Ramnagar Fort. A part of the fort has been converted to look like a coaching institute for the shoot.” Mrunal will be seen as Hrithik Roshan aka Anand Kumar’s love interest in the film. This Hrithik starrer film will be Mrunal’s big break in Bollywood. Super 30 is not Mrunal’s first film in the industry, she was earlier seen in an international project titled Love Sonia helmed by Tabrez Noorani.
Mrunal plays a young, Indian village girl in Love Sonia and the story revolves around her turmoil’s through the world of international sex trafficking. Love Sonia will release later this year and has been given an A certificate for its release.
