Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif “Bang Bang” Together

The 2010 movie Knight and Day starred Tom Cruise and Cameroon Diaz was a spy-romcom flick directed by James Mangold. Siddharth Anand s geared up to officially remake it with Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif playing the male and female leads respectively. We’ve already seen Katrina Kaif in a spy-romcom opposite Salman Khan in the 2012 movie Ek Tha Tiger which was directed by Kabir Khan.

Ek Tha Tiger had Conrad Palmisano as its stunt director who has under his belt films like Rambo – First Blood, Lethal Weapon and First Blood. Rumours, if are to be believed, say we will see him as the stunt director for Bang Bang, the proposed name for the Knight and Day remake. Conrad Palmisano also directed the stunts for Dhoom 3.

Bang Bang is been taken as some kind of a tribute to the Nancy Sinatra number from the Quentin Tarantino movie Kill Bill with the same title. Of course only more information can tell if it indeed is a tribute or merely inspired.

After Jab Tak Hai Jaan, a Yash Chopra Nov 2012 movie with Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif at the leads, shoots in Kashmir, the Valley will be seeing another set of Bollywood buzz with the Bang Bang team ready to start shooting in Kashmir Feb 14 2013 onwards. The team will be leaving on the 13^th, which is the day just before St. Valentine ’s Day.
