Filmfare Awards 2013: Winners List
Sujoy Ghosh’s Kahaani and Anurag Basu’s Barfi! struck big at the Filmfare Awards this year. Barfi! was adjudged best film and got Ranbir Kapoor the ‘Best Actor (Male)’ award while Vidya Balan bagged the ‘Best Actor (Female)’ title for Kahaani that also won Sujoy Ghosh the ‘Best Director’ Award.

The Filmfare Awards Ceremony held on Sunday was a star-studded experience. Amongst those attending the affair were Madhuri Dixit, Ranbir Kapoor, Vidya Balan, Sidharth Roy Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Boney Kapoor, Sridevi, Sonali Bendre, Goldie Behl, Deepika Padukone and Rekha.
The lifetime achievement award went to late director Yash Chopra who passed away in October last year. Anushka Sharma won the ‘Best Actor in a supporting role (female)’ award for her role in Jab Tak Hai Jaan, while lyricist Gulzar bagged the award for ‘Best Lyrics’ for the song Challa from the film.
The ‘Best Debut Director’ award was bagged by Gauri Shinde for her film English Vinglish, while Ayushmann Khurrana won the ‘best debut (male)’ for his film Vicky Donor and Ileana D’Cruz won the ‘Best Debut (female)’ for her film Barfi!
The ‘best actor female (critics)’ was won by Richa Chaddha for Gangs Of Wasseypur and the ‘Best Actor Male (critics)’ was given to Irrfan Khan for Paan Singh Tomar. Gangs of Wasseypur also bagged the award for ‘Best Film (critics)’.

priyanka did the extremely outstanding furformance……so who the hell has given the award to this FAT WOMAN???
atleast there should be voting criteria….
in Screen awards also they did the same mistake….
these awards are generally baised…..beleive in entertainment………..thats why actors like aamir salman ajay don’t attend these award functions……..and if any body argue about their ability then they can check aamir given films like lagaan ,3 idiots and rang de basanti etc , ajay two time national awards and salman the current box office number one
well, i think vidya balan deserved the award. it is not just the script that is important, it is the portrayal of the character that drives the film as well. and kahaani had the perfect mix of both. the filmfare guys could have given best actor female trophy to priyanka chopra as well. both did a fab job and both deserved it equally!! :)

How could salman even be nominated when aamir wasn’t ???? anyway, I’m happy about the results even if Sridevi was fabulous…
Seriously happy about the results. Not so biased like the past ones. Special mention for music – A.R Rehman should not have dominated the award scenes in the past 7 yrs because honestly, he didn’t deliver good music and so, well-deserved music directors never got the chance to shine. If you do not agree, then check the past 7 years of AR Rehman’s music composition. Nothing special. But still he got the awards based solely on his name. Anyway – Good for emerging music directors like Pritam. Even Vishal Dhadlani never disappoints.

What the hell?priyanka and sridevi desrevd best actress award,sonu nigam abhi mujh main kahin,and vaibhavi merchant deserved best cherogarpher mashallah and ishq shava song,filmunfair awards,vidya talented hai toh pc multi talented hai,vb-only acting,pc-acting,dancing,singing,poetry writing,action queen,indian 1st lady rockstar,experimental films and many roles
